RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Cooper London, we want you to feel confident in every order. If something is not quite right, we will do our best to make it right.

Return Window You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, complete, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@cooper-london.com within 14 days of delivery. Include clear photos or videos of the issue. Once we have received visual proof, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost Parcels If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of your purchase date, we consider it lost in transit. In this case, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

How to Start a Return Email us at support@cooper-london.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the correct return instructions. Do not return your parcel to the address on the shipping label — this is not our warehouse. Parcels sent there cannot be recovered or refunded.

Partial Returns You are not required to return your entire order. Partial returns are accepted.

Refund Processing Refunds are issued once the returned item arrives at our warehouse. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery of the return, after which your refund will be processed within 2 business days. Allow a further 3 to 5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs We do not offer prepaid return labels. All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Return costs typically range around £25 depending on your location.

Refused or Undelivered Parcels We are not responsible for parcels that are refused, unclaimed within 5 days, undeliverable due to an incorrect address, or held due to unpaid customs fees. Please contact your local courier or post office using your tracking number, or reach out to us for assistance.
