SHIPPING POLICY

Where We Ship Cooper London currently ships to the United Kingdom.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 7 to 14 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Cost We offer free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. No minimum order value required.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your parcel's progress. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delayed or Lost Orders If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your purchase date, please contact us at support@cooper-london.com and we will investigate immediately. We will offer a replacement or full refund for confirmed lost parcels.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Cooper London cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
